Welcome to Seville, a city where ancient streets meet a modern skyline. If you’re looking for a different perspective of the city, we’ve curated a list of the 10 best rooftops in Seville. From rooftop bars to historical locations, each offers charm and breathtaking views.
1. Sevilla Food Experience Rooftop
Number one on this list is a hidden oasis nestled in the heart of Seville, where a secret rooftop offers the perfect view of the iconic Seville Cathedral. This is not your your ordinary rooftop experience, but a one-of-a-kind opportunity to embark on a Paella cooking journey like no other.
Hosted by the talented owner of Sevilla Food Experience, this small group class takes place on the private rooftop residence. While you look at the panoramic view of Seville, you’ll hands-on learn the art of crafting the perfect paella and indulge in authentic sangria
While you’re eating paella you will see the perfect sunset across the Seville Cathedral – the prettiest sunset I’ve ever seen!
TIP: Schedule and buy your tickets online here. There are only certain dates that the cooking class is hosted so check early to plan your trip. The entire evening is $158 per person.
Address: You’ll meet outside of the Alfonso XIII Hotel gate right in the corner of Puerta de Jerez.

2. Terraza de EME Rooftop
Enjoy panoramic views of the iconic Seville Cathedral from this trendy rooftop bar, where you can sip on refreshing cocktails (the Aperol Spritz was so good!) and soak in the Santa Cruz neighborhood.
There’s ample space, and tables turn quickly – so even if there is a wait when you arrive, stick around, and you’ll get seated quickly. I also highly recommend coming just before sunset to see some amazing views.
TIP: This is a perfect spot to grab a cocktail and rest your feet after touring the Seville Cathedral – located right across the street. There is so much more to explore in Seville that you’ll need your energy!

3. Hotel Inglaterra Rooftop Bar
There is a hidden gem atop Hotel Inglaterra. This rooftop offers spectacular views of Plaza Nueva.
Their signature drink is the “Inglaterra G&T” (Gin & Tonic). The blend of premium gin, carefully selected botanicals, and the perfect balance of tonic water create a delightful and flavorful drink that perfectly complements the rooftop experience.
But all their refreshing and expertly crafted cocktails make this a favorite hangout by locals and visitors alike.
TIP: The food options on the rooftop are limited. If your group is hungry, check out Seis Tapas Bar for dinner after enjoying the sunset.

4. Metropol Parasol
This is an absolute must if you are visiting Seville. The futuristic Metropol Parasol is the world’s largest wooden structure. Everything except for the walkways and elevators is made entirely of wood!
Up top, you can walk along the elevated walkways, catch an amazing sunset, and watch the city come alive underneath.
There is a small bar on the top level; however, it doesn’t have a fatastic view. Instead, I recommend going to a bar on the ground level – there is a great wine bar nearby called Vinoteca Lama La Uva that you should also check out while in the area!
TIP: To get to the top, take the stairs down to the underground level, where you will find the elevator to the top (5€ ticket).
